small map and spells bug

Today when I was hunting on edron dlair, I found one map bug that can be corrected in less then minute. On west of cave you can see water near you, all what you have to do is add more water on floor up.
<if you can't find this bug I can show where exactly I found it>

EDIT:

I just noticed that sometimes spells like
*utevo lux
*utevo vis lux
*utevo gran vis lux
*exana pox

are blocking and doesn't working. Also when you are paralyzed and trying to cast exura it doesn't help.
