Website error

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\config-and-functions.php on line 363

Dont think this is a really big problem, but just decided to add it so u can check ur files
happened when i entered the website.

While this happened the Server itself was unreachable for me aswell, also i could see my login list but when i choose my char i it wouldn't login, dont know if it has anything to do with eachother but there u go cant do anything bad posting that
