Some new rules..

1. Racist
Racist will lead to a banishment for 1 day because Racist is not human.

2.Cavebotting
Cavebotting is stringly Prohibed but we will reset the chars level for 100 lvls if he see him Cavebotting or we will ban him for 14 days.

3.Magebombing / Sd Combo Bot
Magebombing or Sd Combo Botting will be lead to a deletion of the character and maybe a IP ban.

4.Macroing
Macroing will lead to reseting the chars magic level and a banishment for 1 day.

5.Exura Vita/Gran/Heal Botting
Any Kind of healbotting will lead to a banishment of 7 days.

6.Bug Abusing
Any kind of Bug abusing will be leed to 1 day of ban but first you will have Warnings from 1 to 10. 5 is a critical warning wich can leed to banishment of your character. And the bug will be fixxed imidatly!

7.Pretending to be a Gamemaster,God or a Tutor
This kind of Rules is very important since people can believe in that so i will make 7 days of banishment for this violating of the rule!

8. Owning Houses
Owning houses is illegal if you got more then 1.

9.Blocking ways and depots
Blocking ways and depots like the way to demona or the dp like in Donate Island will lead to a Account Banishment and an IP Ban

10.DDoS'ing the server or Pinging the server
Pinging or DDoS'ing the server will lead to a time in prison in reallife + an payment of 10.000$. DDoS'ing/Pinging will be extremely reported to the ISP and the police wich will take care about that.

11.Offensive Statement to Gm's , God's and Tutors
The Offensive Statement wich include the word "b*tch" will lead to a banishment.

12. Guild Wars
You must be in the guild because of the frag counter [ http://zytarios.com/index.php?subtopic=wars ], if your not in the guild and your helping them that will leed to a banishment for 1 to 14 days.

Nice rules just one thing.

This is actually and illegal version of tibia. You can't make pople go into jail for doing something illegal on a illegal server. In my opinion why would someone actually DDoS a server when they are playing on it.

Look when they don't play here anymore ofcourse they can't be screwed on the server by banishment's etc.

As long as every staffmember are following these rules they are fine.

The only thing im concerned with is the demona blocking thing. 1 day ban? It wont matter, they'll just make new chars.

You have two options, either you get an experience door to close the path for chars under pvp-restrictions.
Or u set a real example and IP-ban the char who's blocking since its 99% of the times the guy hunting in demona who has put the low-lvl char there in the first place.

These rules are good, follow them!

Edit. I vote for Skies second option, the one with ip banishment.

Demona block can be solved with 1 simple door for lvl 50+

hmm i think that should be to anyone? this means they can be offensive to others but not to GM's :p

They have to start RESPECT us as an staff Member!

Not just you as a staff member. It's more that people like to act like a big ego on this server, it has nothing to do with respect just with how the act and try to be cool.
It's a known problem just like the people who CAN talk proper English always act like they are so much better than a (as example) bad English speaking Dutch kid. Then they are like haha u can't even talk English and stuff.

It's very annoying to see people act so tough and especially rascism is well know issue on this server. For me I think rascism does have to have a way larger banishment just because it is also a world issue.

I have to partly agree but also partly disagree with you here. I agree on the part where rascism is a well known issue and shouldn't exist on our server. But how did you go from bad english to rascism?!

The discrimination towards people who cant speak UNDERSTANDABLE english is in my eyes sanctioned. Sure it's regrettable but really, who would want to play on a server where nobody can speak english? It is a social game where you are suppossed to make new friends which if the other person doesn't know how to speak understandable english gets really hard.

I can only speak for myself but i feel that the rascism-thingy you brought up surrounds the "pl-hating / br-hating"-guys on this server. I myself wish that that could stop but as a HL i get around 20 PM's every 20 mins i spend in depot from pls / brs asking for "itenz / monei plz".
And my own pl-killings don't have anything to do with some "hatred" towards the polish people, as a matter of fact im going on a businesstrip to poland soon (=

Uhm just a reply to a rule...the prisonment seems to be wierd considering you are using a rl map I THINK a rl map don't know though...just correct me if im wrong here but using tibias map can't that lead to in-prisonment?

we tracked it , its allowed to use the RL MAP, we will use a custom client..
what more to ask?

Uhm...the guild wars thing I think is a stupid rule...because it is a pvp server after all and pvp servers your aloud to attack whom ever you want war or no war.

U cant be prisoned for that also u dont have to pay money, since its an OT its already taken from others.

well you are right it's getting annoyed to keep getting spammed by br's and pl's who cant speak english and only ask ''itans, itens plxx plzz plss''

thats how racism getting higher and higher and will increase day by day

EDIT: Change IP of this server and make custom client so they NEED it to play this serv, and try to fix Custom client with anti-NG and anti Elf bot... dunno if thats possible but its an Idea

im working on that well the custom client takes me max.10 minutes..

and yes they can be prisoned..

The government seized the laptop and searched it, finding "botnet software and references to King's various online monikers."

Sentencing is set for Sept. 3. King faced a maximum 10-year penalty without the plea deal.

Yes, but that are real crimes now they DDoS an ''STOLEN'' Game since its stolen from the real tibia makers or given away by a corrupted member or what i dont know exactly
